Average Delivery Times
We aim to provide the best value for money on our products. Hence, we choose to ship directly from the supplier.
This approach allows us to save significantly on costs (transportation, storage, packaging, and shipping) and offer products at low and fair prices.
Orders are processed within 24 hours, with an average delivery time of 2-5 business days. Delivery Policy
After successful delivery to the address specified in the order, Nymphse is not liable for claims related to non-receipt by the customer. Generally, we do not offer refunds in such cases. However, we encourage customers to contact us within 7 days after the package is marked as delivered to discuss possible solutions for any delivery issues. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
For orders received damaged, we advise customers to contact us at customercare@nymphse.com within 3 days from the delivery date, with photos to show the damage.
